For a quick clean, blow loose particles off your frames first, and then clean with the Philly Eyeworks Artist In Focus cleaning cloth provided with your glasses.

For a deep clean, add a drop of liquid dish soap (moisturizer-free) to a bowl of water big enough to submerge your frames. Soak for a few minutes, then wipe clean with a soft cloth.

When you aren't wearing your Philly Eyeworks glasses, please store them in their protective case to avoid damage or exposure to direct sunlight. Lenses are scratch resistant, but not scratch proof, so treat your glasses with care.

It depends on the prescription and frame ordered, but most glasses are shipped within 5-8 days. Please visit our shipping page to understand the lead-times per order type.

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, please send your frames back to us (include return form with your name, phone number, email) and we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card.

Yes! We have three Philly area showrooms that showcase the Philly EyeWorks brand and products. The Philly EyeWorks showrooms are embedded in InnerVision Eyewear retail shops.

At our showrooms, it is also possible to receive an eye exam or contact lens exam by one of our licensed optometrists. And while our website is unable to apply vision insurance benefits directly, our showrooms can.
